Shipping the package
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through CTT EXPRESS https://www.cttexpress.com/home/index with unsigned tracking and delivery number. If you prefer certified shipping, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.
This time may vary, due to events not controlled by us, rejecting all responsibility for delay, once the product has come out of our store.
Orders can also be picked up at our physical store at no shipping cost.
Manufacturing and shipping times are displayed during the purchase process.
In stock item will be 4/5 days and the deadlines for works in manufacture a minimum of 7/10 working days. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email and/or phone.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually.
All deliveries include insurance for possible breakage and damage that may occur during transport.

From 24 hours of delivery, insurance does not take over and neither do we.
Returning the package
Returns will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days after receiving such goods, with the right to obtain a refund of the full amount.
In case of custom-made or custom items from customer material, returns are not allowed.
In case of no stock of a product, we reserve the right to cancel a customer's current order, making the
refund of the total amount of the purchase.
Returns are not covered, except that when opening the product, in the presence of the carrier, you discover any defects, in which case you must inform the carrier that you do not accept the product, signaling it on the packing slip, being at your account the return.
